President Higgins officially opened the Esker Arts Centre in Tullamore, Co. Offaly
The facility represents a major landmark in the advancement of the arts in the Midlands providing spaces for professional and community-based artists across all of the disciplines of theatre, drama, visual arts, music and literature.
