President Connolly visited University College Cork and met with students of the 'Bharr na gCnoc' project.
'Barr na gCnoc' is an initiative in which UCC works in partnership with Terence MacSweeney Community College, Knocknaheeny, Cork.
The initiative recognises the Irish language as a tool for inclusion, and as a social and educational facilitator for disadvantaged pupils.
