President Connolly will welcome Professor Michael Kerin, President of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, to Áras an Uachtaráin on a courtesy call.
Galway-based surgeon Professor Michael Kerin, took up office as the President of RCSI in June 2026 following the College’s biennial Council Elections.
Founded as the national training body for surgery in Ireland, RCSI has been at the forefront of healthcare education since its establishment in 1784.
