President Connolly will officiate the formal launch of the youth development sailing vessel, Spirit of Shackleton, in Dún Laoghaire Harbour.
A project of the Atlantic Youth Trust and the Atlantic Shackleton Global Foundation, the vessel will support ocean science, youth leadership and global expeditions.
