President and Sabina visit Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and view the University Library’s 400 Years Exhibition

President and Sabina Higgins viewed an exhibition of old books, as part of the ‘Würzburg 400 years’ exhibition.

Amongst the items on display were glosses, in old Irish, on the Latin text of the Pauline letters from the mid 8th century.
