President launches Civic Society phase of ‘The President of Ireland’s Ethics Initiative’

President Michael D. Higgins has launched the second phase of 'The President of Ireland's Ethics Initiative'. Having already engaged with the third level sector, the President is now reaching out to Civic Society through NGOs including St. Vincent De Paul, Dóchas, the National Women's Council of Ireland and the Irish Congress of Trade Unions.
