D. Higgins at Áras an Uachtaráin today;
(1)H.E. Mr. Fernando López-Fabregat, Ambassador of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay
(2)H.E. Mr. Norman Hamilton, Ambassador of the Republic of Malta
(3)H.E. Mr. HU Kang-il, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea
