President Michael D. Higgins sends message of support to the Irish Paralympic Team

President Michael D. Higgins has today sent a message of support to the 46 athletes and their support staff in Team Ireland, ahead of the opening ceremony of the 2016 Rio Paralympics, on 7 September.
