President receives Mr. Antonio Costa, President-elect of the European Council

President-designate Costa will assume office as President of the European Council (PEC) on 1 December 2024. He has served as Prime Minister of Portugal from 2015 -2024 and was a former leader of the Portuguese Socialist Party.
