Joe Whelan is Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work and Social Policy at Trinity College Dublin, The University of Dublin. Dr. Whelan was accompanied by Caoimhe Whelan, Deirbhile Whelan and Sadhbh-Fianna Whelan.
