The President appointed Judge Patrick McCarthy to the Court of Appeal and Judges Teresa Pilkington and Michael Quinn to the High Court.
Also in attendance were An Taoiseach, Mr. Leo Varadkar T.D. and Mr. Andrew Munro, Assistant Secretary General to the Government.
