President appoints Mary Ellen Ring as a Judge of the High Court

President Higgins will appoint Ms Mary Ellen Ring, SC, as Judge of the High Court at 6pm tomorrow, Thursday 9th July, at Áras an Uachtaráin.
An Tánaiste Joan Burton TD, Attorney General, Ms Máire Whelan, SC, Assistant Secretary General to the Government, Mr Philip Hamell and Secretary General to the President, Mr Art O’Leary will be in attendance.
