President Michael D. Higgins has conveyed his congratulations to Eoghan Clifford on his success at the 2016 Rio Paralympics.
"On behalf of the people of Ireland, I want to congratulate Eoghan Clifford on winning bronze in the Individual Pursuit. This Paralympics bronze, in addition to his successes at the Road and Time Trial World Championships, marks an extraordinary year for Eoghan Clifford."
