Speech at Ulster University

President Connolly visited Ulster University Campus in Belfast where she met with participants in the 2026 Fleadh Cheoil, as well as students in the Faculty of Law.

The President delivered a keynote address to 200 invited guests from the faculty, student body and community stakeholders.

President Connolly opened the 2026 Stripe Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition.

The event brings together some of the country’s brightest young minds and culminates in an awards ceremony, where prizes are distributed and one team or individual is named the overall Stripe Young Scientist & Technologist of the Year.
