President visits the Jewish centres of Kraków (Kazimierz and Podgórze)

President Higgins travelled to Poland to attende the 75th Anniversary of the Liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp.

The President went on to visit the historical centers of Jewish life in the city's Kazimierz district, including the Remuh Synagogue, the second oldest in the city.
