The President will receive Ms. Thuli Madonsela at Áras an Uachtaráin.
Ms. Madonsela holds the Chair of Social Justice at Stellenbosch University. She is also a former Public Protector in South Africa, a post with the power to investigate and remedy improper conduct in state affairs.
