President Higgins was presented with a copy of the book ‘Costume’, which celebrates the work of the late artist and designer Monica Frawley, by Monica’s husband Vincent Woods and her niece Katy West.
The concept and format of the book was created by Monica, who was one of Ireland’s best loved and most respected theatre designers, in 2019 and realised by Katy and Vincent in 2020. It contains over 40 character drawings, sketches and photographs from the stage.
