President Higgins will welcome Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester, and Steve Rotheram, Mayor of the Liverpool City Region to Áras an Uachtaráin on Tuesday, 4th November on a courtesy call.
The President most recently met with Andy Burnham during a visit to Manchester in April 2024.
He previously welcomed Mayor Burnham and Mayor Rotherham to Áras an Uachtaráin in March 2022.
