President Connolly addresses Bohemian Cooperatives Community Project

President Connolly addressed a civil society event being held by Bohemian Football Club and the Bohemian Cooperatives Project.

The event forms part of the launch week for The Bohemian Cooperatives: Building Dublin’s Community Wealth, a new strategy aimed at developing the community-led institutional foundations for community wealth building in Dublin.

The purpose of the civil society gathering is to explore how community wealth building might serve as a unifying economic pillar for the many social and environmental campaigns that are of such pressing concern in Ireland today, from climate justice and housing to decent work, local development, democratic renewal and social inclusion.
