In the context of his historic State Visit to the United Kingdom, President Higgins addressed guests and performers at a special concert in London’s Royal Albert Hall.
Artists and musicians from Ireland, as well as descendants of Irish emigrants, performed at the event, which was called Ceiliúradh, or Celebration.
