President Higgins will receive HE Mr Fuad Hussein, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, to Áras an Uachtaráin on a courtesy call.
Mr Hussein is an Iraqi Kurdish politician from the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
