President Higgins received Dr Akinwumi A. Adesina, President of the African Development Bank for a courtesy call at Áras an Uachtaráin. Dr. Adesina was accompanied by Mr. Gauthier Bourlard, Director and Special Advisor to the President of the African Development Bank.
