President meets UNCTAD Secretary-General Mr. Mukhisa Kituyi

Mr. Kituyi became UNCTAD's seventh Secretary-General in 2013. 

President Higgins met with Mr Kituyi on a number of occasions, including when the President addressed a major UNCTAD meeting in Geneva in 2015.
