President Higgins signs Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Bill 2019 into law

Having considered the Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Bill 2019, the President has signed the Bill and it has accordingly become law.
